Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners continues to invest in advanced manufacturing technology with the addition of new Carlo Salvi 246 and 248 warm forming machines. As part of the commissioning process, members of the Pilgrim team traveled to Italy for a week of hands-on training alongside the Carlo Salvi team.
This investment represents another step forward in Pilgrim's continued focus on advanced manufacturing technology and the growth of our people. Working alongside Carlo Salvi S.p.A. and Tooling & Machinery Sales, Inc. throughout the commissioning and training process, our team gained the knowledge needed to begin utilizing this new equipment at our Arizona facility.
The new machines expand Pilgrim's warm forming capabilities while supporting greater manufacturing efficiency and consistency. They also strengthen our ability to meet increasingly complex aerospace fastener requirements as Pilgrim continues to grow.
For our aerospace and defense customers, this investment supports what matters most: precision, quality, reliability, and the manufacturing capabilities needed to meet demanding industry requirements.
A special thank you to the teams at Carlo Salvi and Tooling & Machinery Sales for their expertise, hospitality, and support throughout the training and commissioning process. We appreciate the partnership and look forward to putting this technology to work.
The addition of this equipment represents another step in Pilgrim's continued investment in our employees, our manufacturing capabilities, and the customers we serve.
